Usage of Personal and Sensitive Information
Personal information is data related to a person, such as a name, surname, date/place of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail, postal address, bank card information, financial and payment information, or sometimes information about online activities.
By registering as a user of DIGISAFE you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.
Collection and Use of Information
When you visit, register, or use our services you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself. We may also collect information about your usage of our mobile application as well as information from your electronic messages sent to us.
The collected information helps DIGISAFE CU CJSC personalize and improve customer experience and services provided to our users, as well as their experience on our mobile application. This information enables us to provide the user access to our application and the services he/she requests. It also enables us to contact or send notifications to our customers.
DIGISAFE CU CJSC is the only owner of the information collected during registration or usage of the DIGISAFE application. We do not sell, share or authorize others to use this information in ways different from what is disclosed in these Terms.
Your Personal Data, login, password, pin codes, the information about conducted transactions might be provided to state bodies and their officials or any other third party only in the cases and by the procedure provided by a statute.
DIGISAFE CU CJSC may disclose such information to third parties only in the following cases:
• When user’s consent for disclosure has been obtained in writing or electronically,
• When disclosure is required for the provision of services requested or implied to be requested by the user,
• When disclosure is required by Republic of Armenia legislation,
• When disclosure is required for the protection of lawful rights of DIGISAFE CU CJSC.
In any other case, we do not provide any personal information regarding users of our application to third parties in any way.
This application takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via application, it is protected both online and offline.
All of our users' information is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need this information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal information. Our employees lock their computers when they leave their desks. When they return, they must enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
It is important to protect your password and phone or other devices against unauthorized access. Application is logged out automatically if it has not been used for more than 30 minutes providing additional security for unauthorized access.
